The Philadelphia Eagles will play the Dallas Cowboys at 8:15 p.m. ET on Monday at Lincoln Financial Field. The game marks Week 7 of the NFL season. The Eagles have lost four straight games after opening the year with two wins. The Cowboys have also lost their last two contests.

Jalen Hurts will not play for Philadelphia. He is sidelined after blood clots were found in his calf and lungs. The Eagles will also miss DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks, and Nolan Smith. Saquon Barkley, Landon Dickerson, Jonathan Greenard, and Jalyx Hunt are listed as questionable for the matchup. Tanner McKee is expected to start at quarterback.

Dallas enters the game with offensive concerns. The Cowboys scored 30 or more points in each of their first three games. They combined for only 29 points against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Green Bay Packers in the following two weeks. Dak Prescott completed 20 of 38 passes for 194 yards with no touchdowns when facing blitzes in those games. The team rushed for only 98 yards combined in that span.

The Eagles defense has struggled to generate pressure. Opponents complete 60.4% of passes against Philadelphia for an average of 7.0 yards per attempt. The Eagles have allowed eight touchdown passes and recorded only three interceptions. They have also been aided by 14 dropped passes by opponents, the second highest total in the league.

The Cowboys rank poorly against the run. Opponents have averaged 4.7 yards per carry against Dallas this season. Javonte Williams has seven rushing touchdowns for the Cowboys, but he averages 3.7 yards per carry. The Eagles allow only 4.0 yards per carry on the ground.

DraftKings Sportsbook lists the Cowboys as 4.5 point favorites. The over and under for total points is set at 43.5. The Eagles will rely on Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, and Dallas Goedert as primary receiving targets if Hurts remains out. The Cowboys may use Joey Porter Jr. to cover one of those players.

The Cowboys have a defensive advantage if they can pressure McKee. The quarterback is 16 of 45 for 179 yards with no touchdowns in his career when under duress. The Eagles have a run game threat if Barkley plays, but he has only fully practiced once since his hamstring injury.
